Kamianets-Podilskyi Essentials

Kamianets-Podilskyi is defined by its dramatic location within a deep loop of the Smotrych River canyon. Old Castle

A 14th-century fortification featuring twelve defensive towers linked by high stone walls. Positioned on a narrow isthmus, it protected the entrance to the Old Town and reflects centuries of reconstruction by Lithuanian, Polish, and Ottoman engineers.
