Gapyeong-gun is a riverside district featuring a mix of themed cultural villages and botanical landscapes. Petite France

A French-themed cultural village inspired by Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince. It features sixteen French-style buildings housing galleries, a puppet theater, and a memorial hall dedicated to the author.

The Garden of Morning Calm

Founded in 1996, this garden was originally a private one. It is now a popular tourist destination which appearance changes every season.

Namiseom

A crescent-shaped island in the Bukhangang River accessible by ferry or zip-wire. It features tree-lined walking paths, including a famous Metasequoia lane, and serves as a habitat for free-roaming ostriches.

Kaempeutong aillaendeu

A large-scale water leisure complex on the Bukhangang River featuring an outdoor swimming pool, giant water slides, and various motorized water sports facilities.
