This collection highlights prominent observation points, trailheads, and natural landmarks throughout the Hida Mountains and Kiso Valley. It includes the Kurobe Dam Observatory, Japan’s tallest dam, and the Tateyama Caldera Observation Deck. Hikers will find key landmarks along the Happo-one nature trail, such as the reflective Happo Pond and several navigation cairns. The list also features significant waterfalls, including the Hirayu Great Falls and viewpoints for the 350-meter Shomyo Falls, alongside panoramic vistas of Mount Ontake from the Kuzo Pass.
