Parks & Gardens of Jaffa

Jaffa’s green spaces blend historical significance with coastal landscapes. The area features the Ra'amsses Gate Garden with its 13th-century BCE Egyptian ruins and the Summit Garden, which offers panoramic views of the Tel Aviv skyline. Stretching along the Mediterranean, Charles Clore Park and Midron Jaffa provide extensive seaside paths for walking and cycling. Further inland, the botanical gardens and Ha'Horshot Park offer shaded groves and collections of native Israeli flora.

Ra'amsses Gate Garden

Reconstructed gateway to the building from the times when Ramses II ruled. Don't miss this archaeological treasure!

Charles Clore Park

This city park which lines Tel Aviv's beachfront is, together with its adjacent beach, named after a British financier, Sir Charles Clore.

Summit Garden

Also known as HaPisgah Gardens, this park offers splendid views of the whole city and its seafront.

HaShaon Square

A central junction featuring an Ottoman-era clock tower built in 1903 to commemorate the silver jubilee of Sultan Abdul Hamid II. It marks the northern entrance to Old Jaffa.

Midron Jaffa

An expansive 20-hectare coastal park built on reclaimed land. It features tiered lawns, cycling paths, and walking trails overlooking the Mediterranean shoreline.

Botanical garden

An ecological garden featuring diverse Israeli flora, including endangered species and Mediterranean plant communities native to the region.

Ha'Horshot Park

A large urban park characterized by dense shaded groves, expansive lawns, and modern playgrounds, located adjacent to the Russian Orthodox St. Peter’s Church.
