Nature in Jujuy

Jujuy’s landscape spans high-altitude Puna plateaus and lush Yungas forests. This collection features the Laguna de los Pozuelos, a critical habitat for Andean flamingos, and the vast lithium-rich salt flats of Salar de Olaroz and Cauchari. It includes high-elevation botanical gardens in Tilcara and several waterfalls hidden within the dense vegetation of the eastern valleys, such as Cascada del Poni and Cascada de la Horqueta, showcasing the province's dramatic transition from arid salt pans to subtropical cloud forests.
