Best of Junín

Junín’s landscape spans from the high Andean plateau to the lush Amazonian cloud forests. This selection includes the Chacamarca Historical Sanctuary, site of the 1824 Battle of Junín, and the Junín National Reserve, which protects the high-altitude Lake Chinchaycocha and its endemic grebe.
