Kanazawa Parks and Gardens

Kanazawa’s landscape heritage spans from the Edo-period Kenroku-en, one of Japan’s Three Great Gardens, to the archaeological Chikamori Site featuring Jōmon period settlement ruins. The collection includes the Seisonkaku Villa, a 19th-century residence of the Maeda clan, and the preserved Kazuemachi geisha district. Beyond the city center, the list covers natural water features like Lake Gyokusen in the Yuwaku Onsen area and Suge Pond, alongside local neighborhood green spaces such as Toya-machi Nozomi Park.
