Casa Leopardi

Birthplace of the poet Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati. The 18th-century palace houses a prestigious library containing over 20,000 volumes collected by Monaldo Leopardi, along with original manuscripts and family heirlooms.

A Roman triumphal arch erected in 115 AD by architect Apollodorus of Damascus. Built from Turkish marble, it honors Emperor Trajan for expanding the port of Ancona.
