Historic Monuments and Gates

The Great Mosque of Kufa serves as a spiritual and historical epicenter, housing numerous sacred stations and architectural landmarks. This collection highlights the mosque's significant prayer spots, known as Maqams, dedicated to prophets such as Adam, Noah, and Abraham. It also features the pivotal Mihrab of Imam Ali and the traditional site of Safinat Nuh. Beyond the inner sanctuary, the list includes the mosque’s historical gates and the prominent Dhu-Alfeekar sword monument, reflecting the deep religious heritage of the region.
