Parks and Squares of Olinda

Olinda's urban landscape is defined by its historic squares and verdant parks, which serve as community hubs and gateways to colonial architecture. These sites range from the central Praça do Carmo, adjacent to Brazil's oldest Carmelite church, to the Praça da Abolição, famous for its resident sloths.
