Historic Churches

Oslo Cathedral

Holmenkollen kapell

Rebuilt in 1996 in a traditional style after the original 1913 wooden chapel was destroyed. It features classic Norwegian motifs, including dragon heads and wood carvings, and sits adjacent to the iconic ski jump.

Uranienborg kirke

A neo-Gothic red brick church completed in 1886 based on designs by Balthazar Lange. It is widely recognized for its interior decorations and stained glass windows designed by artist Emanuel Vigeland.
