Palma's Best Sandy Beaches

Palma’s coastline ranges from wide urban sands to the protected shores of Cabrera National Park. Central beaches like Can Pere Antoni and Ciudad Jardín feature paved promenades and shallow waters, while the six-kilometer Platja de Palma offers extensive resort facilities. The list also includes secluded coves like Caló des Grells, a known nudist spot, and the pristine, remote sands of Sa Platgeta on Cabrera Island, accessible only by boat. Can Pere Antoni Beach

A man made beach made up of soft white sand. Around the bay there is a promenade and a cycling path.

Cala Mayor

The resort has a great beach that is made up of soft white sand that shelves gradually into the sea.

Can Pastilla Beach

Not far from the city of Palma, this wide beach with fine white sand and shallow water is a good bet for a nice afternoon dip in the sea.

Ciudad Jardin

A lovely white sandy beach. It gently shelves into the warm Mediterranean Sea and creates a safe spot to bathe.

Platja de Palma

Caló de Sant Antoni
