Historic Religious Sites

Perth’s religious history is reflected in its diverse architectural landmarks, ranging from the academic Gothic style of Saint Mary’s Cathedral to the heritage-listed Saint Brigid’s Church in Northbridge. This collection features the city’s principal Anglican and Catholic cathedrals alongside the 1903 Redemptorist Monastery. It also highlights the Perth Mosque, the city's oldest Islamic place of worship and the second oldest purpose-built mosque in Australia.
