Beautiful Beaches

Prachuap Khiri Khan’s coastline features a diverse range of geological formations, from the limestone peaks of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park to the pine-lined shores of military-managed reserves. This selection includes historic sites like Ao Manao, the location of a 1941 WWII landing, and secluded spots like Sai Noi and Ao Bo Thonglang. These locations offer varying coastal conditions, from shallow, calm bays protected by rock formations to deeper waters framed by rocky headlands.

Khao Tao Beach

Quiet shoreline adjacent to a traditional fishing village and a freshwater reservoir. A large Buddha statue overlooks the beach from the southern headland.

Suan Son Pradiphat Beach

Managed by the Royal Thai Army, this beach is characterized by a dense grove of sea pine trees and shallow waters extending far from the shore.

Sai Noi Beach

Small sandy cove located between two rocky hills. The water depth increases more rapidly here than at neighboring beaches.

Sam Phraya Beach

A three-kilometer stretch of sand within Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, bordered by sea pines and limestone mountains.

Ao Manao Beach

A curved bay located inside the Wing 5 Royal Thai Air Force base. It is the historic site of a 1941 battle during World War II.

Point Laem Khum

Secluded coastal area in Thap Sakae characterized by a natural, undeveloped shoreline and nearby coconut groves.

Prankhiri Beach

Quiet beach located south of the Pran Buri River mouth, offering views of the surrounding hills and a less developed atmosphere.

Point Maka Bay

Coastal point featuring rocky outcrops and a natural bay setting, located south of the provincial capital.

Samroiyod Beach
