Heritage Sites of Brittany

This collection highlights Brittany's archaeological and architectural legacy, centered around the Morbihan coast. It features the world-renowned Carnac megaliths, including the Ménec and Kermario alignments, alongside Neolithic burial mounds like the Saint-Michel and Kercado tumuli. The list also spans centuries of military history, from the 17th-century Citadelle Vauban to 19th-century coastal forts. Complementing these are traditional Breton chapels and churches, such as the 16th-century Chapelle Saint-Colomban and the island parish of Saint-Géran.
