Seksaginta Prista

An ancient Roman military base and settlement on the Danube. The site contains remains of the 1st-century fortifications and a temple dedicated to Apollo, forming part of the Roman Danubian Limes.

Krepost "Levent tabia"

A massive mid-19th-century Ottoman fortification. As the largest of the eight forts in the Ruse defensive system, it features thick stone walls and was designed to withstand heavy artillery.

Fort Aldz tabia
