St. Moritz Mountain Peaks

St. Moritz is surrounded by the Albula and Bernina Alps, featuring prominent peaks like Piz Nair and Piz Julier. These summits offer vantage points over the Upper Engadine lake plateau and the glaciated Bernina Massif. The landscape is defined by diverse geological formations, including the rugged granite of the Rosatsch group and the retreating glaciers of Vadret Güglia and Vadret da Rosatsch, all accessible through an extensive network of high-altitude hiking trails and cable cars.
