Opening hours of the sights vary, but in general they are open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Some monuments might also be closed, so check the website prior to your visit.
Many of the sites are free and require no reservations. Independence Hall requires free timed entry tickets and the Benjamin Franklin Museum has a nominal fee.
