Guernsey’s heritage spans from medieval fortifications to the 20th-century German occupation. Hauteville House

The former residence of Victor Hugo during his 14-year exile in Guernsey. The house features eccentric interior design and furniture crafted by the author himself, including the glass-walled room where he wrote Les Misérables.
