Gjendesheim

A flagship Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) lodge situated at the eastern shore of Lake Gjende. It serves as the primary starting point for the Besseggen ridge hike and provides ferry access to Memurubu and Gjendebu.

Spiterstulen turisthytte

A privately owned mountain lodge located in the Visdalen valley. It serves as a base for climbing Galdhøpiggen and Glittertind, and offers access to the Svellnosbreen glacier.

Leirvassbu
