Granada Cathedral

Neoclassical structure located on the eastern edge of Parque Central. Rebuilt in the early 20th century, it features four chapels and a prominent yellow facade with red domes.

Iglesia de La Merced

Originally built in 1534 and rebuilt in the 18th century, this church features a Baroque facade. The bell tower provides panoramic views of the city and Mombacho Volcano.

Convento de San Francisco

Established in 1529, this is one of Central America’s oldest churches. The onsite museum displays a collection of pre-Columbian basalt statues found on Zapatera Island.

A dormant volcano reaching 1,344 meters, covered in cloud forest. It features several hiking trails, endemic flora and fauna, and views over Lake Nicaragua and Granada.

A historic pier extending into Lake Nicaragua. It serves as a primary departure point for ferry services and private boat tours to Las Isletas.
