Râșnov Must-Sees

Râșnov is a historic Saxon town in Transylvania defined by its 13th-century hilltop fortress, which served as a strategic refuge for centuries. The area features diverse historical and geological sites, from the Roman ruins of Castra Cumidava to the illuminated formations of Valea Cetății Cave. Religious heritage is preserved in the 14th-century St. Matthias Evangelical Church and the Orthodox St. Nicholas Church, while the surrounding Carpathian landscape offers the Râșnov Ski Jump and access to the Postăvaru Massif.
