Standing at 351.5 meters, this structure is the tallest self-supported building and skyscraper in Sri Lanka. Its architectural design is modeled after a blooming lotus flower, serving as a major telecommunications and television transmitter. The tower is a prominent modern landmark that dominates the city skyline.

The interior comprises multiple functional levels, including a lotus-shaped observation deck and a revolving restaurant offering panoramic views. Facilities also include a museum, exhibition halls, event spaces, and a shopping center. A casino and various dedicated areas for dining and entertainment are located within the complex.

The tower is open for sightseeing and is particularly recognized for its appearance when illuminated after sunset. Development of the site dates back to 2018, and it continues to function as a primary hub for both telecommunications and tourism.
