The Slovenská strela is a legendary Czechoslovak high-speed motor train manufactured by Tatra Kopřivnice in 1936. This express railcar, specifically the surviving unit M 290.002, is recognized as a national cultural monument due to its unique aerodynamic profile and advanced technical solutions, including a specialized electromechanical power transmission. Historically, the vehicle was stationed outdoors before undergoing an extensive restoration process between 2018 and 2021.

The train is now housed in a purpose-built, modern exhibition pavilion. This specialized depository serves as a technical monument dedicated to preserving the railcar's legacy. While the pavilion is the primary display site, the train is occasionally moved outside the facility for special events or operational purposes.

Access to the historic vehicle and information about its significance is provided through guided tours. These sessions focus on the technical details of the railcar's construction and its role in 20th-century transportation history.
