Dedicated in December 1986, this Bahá'í House of Worship is a notable example of expressionist architecture designed by Fariborz Sahba. The structure is composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad petals arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides. Built from pure white marble, the building is surrounded by nine reflecting pools and expansive lush gardens.
