This 601-meter-tall skyscraper complex is the world's tallest clock tower. Completed in 2012, the government-owned development consists of seven towers designed to accommodate millions of pilgrims. The central structure is part of the Abraj Al Bait complex, situated directly adjacent to the Masjid al-Haram and the Holy Kaaba.
The complex is the world's largest hotel development, housing a luxury 5-star hotel with 1,662 rooms and suites, including the premium Fairmont Gold experience. Facilities within the towers include dedicated prayer rooms and a seven-story shopping mall containing over 600 retail outlets.
The Clock Tower Museum is located at the top of the complex, providing 360-degree views of the surrounding area. The four massive clock faces are a prominent feature of the architecture, which serves as a central landmark for the city skyline.
