The shopping mall was originally built between 1889 and 1900 as a bullring in a Moorish style. However, it was long unused and so the bullring turned into a lively entertainment and shopping complex. The shape and the facade of the arena stayed the same, but now it houses shops, movie theatres, and a Rock Museum.
