Bartolucci Toy Store

Ever heard of Pinocchio? This is the shop to visit if you want to see a real-life version of the fairy tale character. The Bartolucci Toy Store is a small store, located in near Rome's historical center, which offers a wide variety of handmade toys, clocks and decorations, all made out of wood.

The store is quite easy to reach on foot, and is within walking distance to many other main sights, like the Pantheon or the Trevi Fountain. If you choose to use public transport, the closest stop is at De Burro.

Once you get to the store, do not forget to take a picture with the real-life sized wooden statue of Pinocchio and the huge statue of a motorbike. Be mindful of your belongings when visiting, it tends to be quite crowded inside the shop and there may be pickpockets around.
