Like everything else in this ancient city, this cosy, family-run place boasts a long history. It dates all the way back to 1941 when the Ciampinis opened their first shop at the Piazza Navona.
Today, the Caffe Ciampini offers some of the tastiest coffee in Rome. You can also have a taste of their excellent gelato that comes in many traditional Italian flavours.
