You do not need to book the tours, just arrive at least 15 minutes before it starts. Tours are not offered during Brrussels plenary sessions (check the website calendar), office closing days and public holidays (Jul 21, Aug 15, Nov 1 and 2, Dec 26, Jan 3).
No entrance fee.
