Kurfürstendamm

This boulevard is where the Berlin shopaholics gather. It is a long street where many luxurious fashion brand shops are located together with countless hotels, restaurants, and cafés. It is always buzzing with life and crowds of tourists are mingling with the locals. If you enjoy shopping, this is definitely a place to go.

The boulevard suffered heavy damages during World War II but it was renovated and became an important street of West Berlin. Today, it is still one of the best known and most visited streets in Berlin.

It is especially beautiful during the Christmas period when the street is decorated with Christmas trees and Christmas lights.
