Go on a fascinating journey through London's transport history with many interactive exhibitions, which will entertain both children and adults. The museum was opened for the first time in 1980 and underwent a massive renovation between 2005 and 2007.
There are many rail and road vehicles on display as well as various multimedia materials (films, photographs, plans, drawings or posters) concerning transport. There's even a family zone for the youngest children with mini cars that they can climb on and other "toys" that will keep them busy.
There are many interesting exhibitions organised at the museum so be sure to check the official website before your visit so you would not miss something that might interest you.
