Lotte Tower Observation Deck is a great place to go if you wish to take a look at the whole city. It's best to go when the sky is clear and there's no fog to have a clear view of the surrounding area.
There are also "love" corners to take pictures at and cafes to enjoy some coffee.
Ticket counter closes at 11 pm.
