Mikluš's Prison was built in the 15th century and originally served as a residential house. In the 17th century it got re-built into a prison and a torture chamber, later it became the city police's prison.
It serves as a museum of the city's history with exhibitions about criminal law in the medieval times. Part of the tour is also the executioner's flat showcasing different types of swords used by executioners at that time.
