The collection in this museum comprises of nearly 500 musical instruments including one of the most important classical guitar collections in the whole world. Various biographical documents are also on display.
The museum is located on the second floor of the modern building Auditori designed by Rafael Moneo, the winner of the 1996 Pritzker Prize.
