Ōmuta is a city in Fukuoka Prefecture on the island of Kyūshū, Japan. As of 1 June 2019, the city has an estimated population of 112,052 and a population density of 1,376 persons per km2. The total area is 81.45 km2. The mayor is Michio Koga.
