Set in a beautiful location on the bank of the Bosphorus, this Neo-Baroque mosque with two minarets offers a nice view of the sea. The building was designed by Nigoğayos Balyan, who is also connected to the construction of the Dolmabahçe Palace. The nearby Bosphorus Bridge provides an interesting contrast of new and old architecture in Istanbul.
