Literally "Stone Bridge", this historical arch bridge is crossing the river Adige. Having been built by the Romans in 100 BC, it is the oldest bridge in the city. Though it was partly destroyed during the WWII, the bridge was faithfully reconstructed from original materials. Due to its rich past, it is often considered a symbol of Verona's history.
