Opened in 1931, this nice zoo is a pleasant and interesting place for the whole family. Prague Zoo has significantly contributed to the preservation of Przewalski's horse. Housing more than 4,200 animals, there is a lot to see. Indonesian Jungle and Monkey Island pavilions are a must! Another interesting thing located here is a unique chairlift, operating since 1977.

The ticket offices close half an hour before Zoo closing time. (In June, July, and August, ticket offices close at 7 p.m.)
