The seat of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra is located in this 19th-century building. The acoustics is truly wonderful, no wonder that this place is connected with many world-famous Czech composers such as Antonín Dvořák, who played his first concert here in 1896. It is also the main venue for the Prague Spring International Music Festival. If you ever get the chance, do go inside, the interior is simply exceptional. This majestic Neo-Renaissance building, designed by Josef Zítek, also houses an art gallery displaying mainly contemporary art, both local and international.
