This museum of Hollywood memorabilia is a must-see for all fans of the silver screen. In the imposing Max Factor Building, you can admire more than 10,000 various things connected with the filming of the iconic Hollywood blockbusters (movie scripts, costumes, posters, photographs, film cars etc.). Some of the exhibits are e.g. Marilyn Monroe's dress, wands used for filming Harry Potter movies or Star Trek costumes.
Even the building itself is worth a closer look. It was built in the Art Deco style and it opened in 1935. Originally, it was a place dedicated to makeup and beautifying women who could come here and have their makeup done professionally.
