If you want to enjoy a spectacular view of New York skyline and the lit up skyscrapers, come to this spectacular café with a retractable roof located on the 21st floor of the Strand Hotel. It's especially spectacular after nightfall when the whole city is lit up. Due to its fantastic position the prices are quite high though.
