This 12 miles long boulevard connects Downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica. It is lined up with all sorts of restaurants, cafés and bakeries where you can get some delicious snacks. There are also many shops focused mainly on fashion (the luxurious boutiques as well as the retail chains).
When on Wilshire, you might want to visit the nearby located Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery where you can find graves of many actors and actresses (e.g. Marilyn Monroe).
The boulevard is also one of the key filming locations in the iconic film Pretty Woman (starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere).
