Amazonas Essentials

This collection highlights the geographical extremes of Brazil's largest state, featuring the country's highest peak, Pico da Neblina, and its tallest waterfall, Cachoeira do El Dorado. The list spans the massive Rio Negro archipelago of Anavilhanas and the UNESCO-listed wilderness of Jaú National Park. It also includes the 325-meter Amazon Tall Tower Observatory, a key facility for climate research, and the sacred indigenous site of Cachoeira Iauaretê on the Uaupés River.
