Foča Essentials

Aladža Mosque

The Aladža Mosque, also known as Šarena džamija, "Colorful Mosque", is a mosque in Foča, located in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Maglić

The highest peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina, rising to 2,386 meters. Situated on the border with Montenegro within Sutjeska National Park, it features rugged limestone ridges and overlooks the heart-shaped Trnovačko Lake.

Pješčane piramide

A rare natural phenomenon formed by soil erosion, these sand pyramids near Foča feature distinct conical shapes and reddish hues. The formations continue to evolve due to the effects of wind and rain.

Hram Svetog Save
