Nature & Water Features

This collection highlights the diverse natural landscape of the Sergiyevo Posadsky district and its borders. It features the Gremyachy Klyuch waterfall, a 25-meter cascade linked to Saint Sergius of Radonezh, and the highest geographical point of the Vladimir region. The list includes glacial lakes like Torbeevo, extensive peat bogs such as Batkovskoe, and several sacred springs and fonts that serve as significant pilgrimage and ecological sites within the Moscow region.

Gremacij Kluc

A 25-meter-high waterfall and holy spring. According to legend, it emerged following the prayer of Saint Sergius of Radonezh. The site features wooden stairs, bridges, and a chapel.

Small waterfall located on the Shchuka River.

Torbeevo ozero

A large lake covering approximately 1.5 square kilometers. It is a site for fishing and swimming, located near the intersection of the Yaroslavl Highway and the Big Concrete Ring.
