Castello Svevo

A Norman-Swabian defensive tower built in 1240 by Frederick II. It features a square base with four corner turrets and was reinforced in the 15th century following earthquake damage.

Cattedrale di Santa Maria della Purificazione

A 12th-century Romanesque cathedral featuring a richly decorated facade. The interior preserves the relics of Saint Basso and Saint Timothy, which were rediscovered during restoration work in 1945.
