Timișoara’s landscape is defined by its historic green belt and themed gardens along the Bega River. This selection includes the Central Park, established in 1870, and the Roses Park, which showcases over 1,200 varieties of roses. Visitors can explore the 9-hectare Botanic Park with its global plant collections or the open-air Banat Village Museum. These spaces combine cultural heritage, such as the Alley of Personalities, with natural landscapes like the alpine flora of Parcul Alpinet and the sculpture-filled Parcul Triade.
