This collection features coastal observation points and historical landmarks across the Miyako Islands. Highlights include the Makiyama Observatory on Irabu Island, designed in the shape of a migratory bird, and the Ryugujo Observatory on Kurima Island, which mimics a mythical underwater palace. Makiyama Observatory

Bird-shaped structure on Irabu Island's highest point. Provides views of Irabu Bridge and the surrounding coral reefs.

Ogamijima

A sacred island accessible by ferry from Shimajiri Port. Features unusual mushroom-shaped limestone rocks and a trail leading to a hilltop vantage point.
