Bsharri District Essentials

Bsharri District serves as the spiritual and natural center of the Mount Lebanon range. The area preserves the Cedars of God, a UNESCO-listed ancient forest, and the Qadisha Valley, which houses rock-cut Maronite monasteries like Saint Elisha. Cedars of God

Ancient cedar forest and nature reserve featuring trees that are over three thousand years old. This UNESCO World Heritage site represents one of the final remnants of the vast forests that once covered the mountain range.
